All of our turbo kits are hand crafted right here in the USA.
All hotside (exhaust) is fixture and Tig welded from16 gauge
mild steel. Both headers allow instant and easy access to
spark plugs and bolt on super easy with out any tricks, flips
or hammers required.

The whole kit can be installed on a long block in the car, in
about an hour. The kit uses a T4 flange turbo and a 3 inch
downpipe. All exhaust connections are made with Marmon
flanges and V-band clamps. All the exhaust parts are then
coated with a 2000 degree coating. The kit uses a small
Denso alternator (used in many of the smaller alternator
swaps).  We do not supply this with the kit as it is cheaper
for you to pick it up at the local parts store. The kit was made
to clear a power steering pump and brackets, but custom
alternator brackets and lines will be required. The kit has
been test fit in A-Bodys with V-8 K-members as well as slant
six K-members with Schumacher mounts. Since it is based
solely around the engine it should fit other body styles as
well (contact us if you would like to assist us in the
verification process)

As for the cold side (intake) there are a few different
options. We offer a non intercooled intake tract as well as a
fender mounted air/water intercooled tract. All constructed
of 16 guage Tig welded aluminum.
